Evening meals have strong Italian and French influences - every dish is prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced and grown locally. Gluten free, vegetarian and other dietary requirements are catered for with pleasure.
Chalet guests are invited, and kindly encouraged, to discuss tastes and requirements before arrival allowing our chef to create bespoke menus that you will love - a unique service we are proud to offer.

Just returned from our second stay at Chez Bear and once again we couldn't fault it. Incredible chalet with perfect hosts, amazing food and brilliant skiing. Nothing is too much and we felt thoroughly spoilt and relaxed after a hard days skiing - cannot wait to go back again next year!

"Stunning, Stunning, Stunning"
This was arguably the best chalet we have ever stayed in. The property, the food, the facilities, and the views from the property were all beyond the most superlative of reviews, many of the hours on the journey home were spent discussing the best menu of the week, or the best bit, or which movie was best in the cinema room.
However all of these were superseded by the quality of the service provided. Nothing, and I mean nothing, was too much trouble.
Don't be put off that it's a few minutes from the slopes...it's a few more minutes to be regaled by Mike's tales or talk of the day's adventures...or if you are put off it's ok...more chance for us to rebook!!!!
Rarely felt sadder to leave anywhere.

This has probably been the most relaxing holiday we've had as a group.
The food was excellent; high quality, plenty of it, and nice variety.
Overall, its somewhere I would highly recommend and would definitely revisit.
